Instructions
1. In a saucepan, combine fruit juice, agar agar powder, and maple syrup.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until agar agar is fully dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into candy molds and let it set at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
5. Once set, remove gummies from molds and enjoy.
