Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon dill fresh, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and toss again. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld.
