Ingredients

  • 200 g Firm tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the tofu into ½ inch thick pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Coat the tofu slices with the mixture.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Grill the tofu slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
