Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried white beans soaked overnight
  • 1 cup Vegan ham diced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced vegan ham and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the soaked beans, vegetable broth, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until beans are tender.
  5. 5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
