  • 1 cup Black beans cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
  5. 5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
