Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hawaij spice mix
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and hawaij spice mix. Cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add green beans and zucchini. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
