Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let the hazelnuts cool, then rub them with a towel to remove the skins.
In a mixing bowl, combine the hazelnuts, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Spread the mixture back onto the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Let it cool before serving.
