Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Let the hazelnuts cool, then rub them with a towel to remove the skins.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the hazelnuts, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture back onto the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
