  • 1 cup Hazelnuts roasted
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine hazelnuts and water in a saucepan.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the mixture, discarding the hazelnuts.
  4. 4. Return the liquid to the saucepan, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. 6. Let cool, then transfer to a jar for storage.
