Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed herb leaves (basil, parsley, mint)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Wash and dry the herb leaves.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the herb leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Toss gently to mix well.
4. Serve immediately.
