  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
