  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
