- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
