Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh mint chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and dry all the herbs using a salad spinner.
  2. 2. Chop the parsley, cilantro, mint, and dill finely.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped herbs.
  4. 4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the herbs.
  5. 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. 7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
