Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed bread (preferably stale)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, until top is golden brown.
