Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, until top is golden brown.
