Main Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot.
