  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
