  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add carrots to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  6. Serve warm.
