- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the carrots.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender and glazed.
Serve warm.
