- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until smooth.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
