  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and salt.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
