Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and salt.
Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.
Serve hot and enjoy!
