Honey Sriracha Carrots Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
