Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra firm tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
  3. 3. Toss tofu cubes in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Thread tofu onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is charred and heated through.
