Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
3. Toss tofu cubes in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Thread tofu onto skewers.
5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is charred and heated through.
