  • 1 cup Black beans cooked
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomatoes, black beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tortillas by adding the bean mixture, avocado slices, cilantro, and vegan cheese.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
