Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and paprika. Stir well.
  5. Add tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked chickpeas and coconut milk. Stir to combine.
  7. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot with rice or naan.
