Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 block tofu cut into cubes
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix soy yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add tofu cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place marinated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
