Instructions
Mix soy yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Add tofu cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place marinated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
