Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add chopped bell pepper and diced potatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add frozen peas, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
