garam masala

Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add chopped bell pepper and diced potatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add frozen peas, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
