  • 1 cup farro
  • 3 cups water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the farro under cold water.
  2. Add farro, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  6. Drain any excess water and fluff with a fork.
