Instant Pot Frozen Vegetable Soup Recipe
A quick and easy vegan soup made with frozen vegetables in an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes canned
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the valve to sealing position.
Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Open the lid, stir the soup, and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot.
