  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pint vegan vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup coconut whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix the coffee, whiskey, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Scoop the vegan vanilla ice cream into 4 serving glasses.
  3. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice cream.
  4. Top with coconut whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
