Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Make a well in the center and pour in the vegan buttermilk. Stir until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly.
Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Cut a deep cross on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
