Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Add cooked rice and pineapple chunks, stir well.
Pour soy sauce over the rice and mix thoroughly.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
