Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Lentils
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal mixed with 2.5 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine lentils, breadcrumbs, flaxseed meal mixture, mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the meatballs are golden brown.
  5. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce and pasta.
