  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
  2. Add minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
