Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any shape
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Olives sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
