Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Rehydrate TVP in vegetable broth for 10 minutes.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add fennel seeds, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, oregano, and basil. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add rehydrated TVP and soy sauce. Cook for 10-15 minutes until browned.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
