Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Pasta (small shapes)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the carrots, celery, and onion until softened.
  2. 2. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
  4. 4. Stir in the spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
