Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Jackfruit drained and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add shredded jackfruit, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
  7. Serve warm in tacos with your favorite toppings.
