Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jackfruit (canned, drained and shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 8 pcs Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Vegan sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add shredded jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Stir well.
  4. 4. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Assemble tacos with jackfruit mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and vegan sour cream.
