- 10 pieces Jalapeños halved and seeded
- 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
- ½ cup Nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup Chopped chives
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, and chopped chives.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil.
Press the filled side of each jalapeño into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
