Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Jam any flavor

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Press two-thirds of the oat mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the jam evenly over the oat mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the jam layer, pressing down lightly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
