Jambalaya Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1.5 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until softened.
2. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Stir in tomatoes, vegetable broth, rice, and spices. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
