Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
