  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 carrots Carrots julienned
  • 4 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and maple syrup.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
