  • 2 cups Vegan Jelly prepared according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare the vegan jelly according to the package instructions and let it cool.
  2. 2. In serving glasses, layer the ingredients starting with a layer of granola.
  3. 3. Add a layer of coconut yogurt followed by a layer of jelly.
  4. 4. Top with mixed berries.
  5. 5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
