Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Vegan Jelly prepared according to package instructions
- 1 cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
1. Prepare the vegan jelly according to the package instructions and let it cool.
2. In serving glasses, layer the ingredients starting with a layer of granola.
3. Add a layer of coconut yogurt followed by a layer of jelly.
4. Top with mixed berries.
5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
