  • 2 apples, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and thinly sliced apples.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the kale and apples, and toss to coat evenly.
