Main Ingredients
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and thinly sliced apples.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the kale and apples, and toss to coat evenly.
Let the slaw sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve and enjoy!
