Ingredients

  • 4 cups Kale chopped
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and sliced apple.
  2. 2. Add the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries to the bowl.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
