Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 Apple sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried Cranberries

Maple Vinaigrette Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped kale, sliced apple, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the vinaigrette.
