  • 1 bunch kale stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add kale leaves and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve warm.
