Kale Stem Pesto Recipe
A delicious vegan pesto made from kale stems.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Kale stems chopped
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Add kale stems, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a food processor.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
