Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kale stems chopped
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Add kale stems, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
