Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
