  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. Add tofu, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and mustard to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slowly add vegetable oil while blending until emulsified.
  4. Transfer to a container and refrigerate.
